Carlos Oba is the Founder and CEO of Dots for Inc. With extensive experience in global business development, he has worked across Africa, Southeast Asia, the United States and Europe, including roles at Amazon.com. At Amazon, he contributed to enhancing sales and production efficiency. As an executive at a Japanese media startup, he achieved profitability within the first year of operations in Thailand and Indonesia. Carlos also led the launch of a Bike Taxi Hire service at a Japanese startup focused on Africa. He holds an MBA from the University of California, San Diego, and is a seasoned traveller, having visited nearly 100 countries.
